Yes. Many of the LSC-Montgomery Library services are also available to community members.

Books, DVDs, and CDs

Faculty, staff, and community members can checkout books, CDs, or DVDs. Faculty and staff can use their Employee ID Card, which serves as their library card. Community members must have an active Montgomery or Harris County Public Library card.

Computers and Wi-Fi Access

Library computers are available to the public as well. To receive a temporary guest account with a username and password for the Wi-Fi and computer login, community members will need to visit the front Service Desk. You will need to show a Government-Issued Photo ID.

Scanner

Faculty, staff, and community members have access to our scanners (free of charge). You can scan documents, photos, pages from a book, etc. You will need a flash drive to save your documents or you can email them to yourself.
